Max Levenger, Managing Director, Henley Executive

Max has worked within the managed print sector since 1997, beginning his career on the supplier side before moving into one of the industry’s earliest internal recruitment roles at IKON Office Solutions (now Ricoh) in 2000. After five years, he transitioned into external recruitment, supporting major players of the time including Danwood, Balreed, M2 and Apogee.

Over the years, Max has built a reputation as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the industry. His focus on and ability to foster long standing relationships has enabled him to develop a unique and influential network, helping organisations across the UK and Europe secure the talent they need for pivotal roles.

Today, Henley Executive has grown to a team of eight, expanding beyond its traditional focus on MPS sales recruitment into complementary sectors such as IT, SaaS, document management and a wide range of associated technology markets.

Outside of work, Max can usually be found on the slopes, playing what he describes as solidly average golf, or working up a sweat on his Peloton, activities that, in his own words, keep him out of mischief.
