This award recognises an organisation giving resellers the confidence, capability and support, to grow, differentiate and win in adjacent areas such as IT services, telecommunications, AV, meeting room technologies, digital transformation and more.

Judges will be looking for evidence of commitment to helping partners evolve beyond print. They will be looking for vendors who don’t just offer products, but who actively empower partners to diversify in new solution areas.

Entrants should provide:

1000 word (maximum): Entry based around the following criteria: Entrants should clearly demonstrate how they are enabling channel partners to diversify and expand their offerings beyond traditional print, providing the tools, expertise and hands on guidance that help partners win new business, broaden their portfolios and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

• Breadth and depth of portfolio. Showcase the full scope of solutions available to partners. Explain how the offering is structured to be channel friendly and commercially viable.
• Partner strategy. How are you helping resellers to transition from print centric to multi solution selling? Highlight any unique, creative or forward thinking initiatives that set you apart. Include details of how you are anticipating market shifts and preparing partners for future opportunities.
• Tools, resources and support. Demonstrate how you enable partners at every stage from onboarding, training and certification to sales enablement and long term growth. Include details of support provided such as pre sales/post sales expertise, solution design and scoping, quoting/configuration tools, marketing assets and technical resources for deployment and implementation.
• Partner success stories. Entries must include up to THREE testimonials from partners showcasing how they have grown, diversified or won new business as a direct result of your channel enablement efforts.
