This award is open to all resellers with an annual turnover up to £3m. The winner will be a print and/or IT services reseller that demonstrates a proven track record of providing value-added solutions for customers with particular reference to outstanding projects implemented in the past year.

The judging panel will be looking for evidence of business agility in terms of diversification and expanding the products, services and solutions you offer; excellence in customer service; and for examples of how investment, innovation, training, new partnerships or marketing initiatives for example, are helping you to stand out from the crowd and deliver an extra value-add service to end-user customers.

Entrants should provide:

150 word (maximum): Overview of the company including when established, no of people, management structure, offer, location(s) and typical customer base.

450 word (maximum): Entry based around the following criteria:

• Business growth. Outline business strategy for growth – 3/5 year plan, demonstrate (and provide evidence of) successes in the past 12 months preceding the closing date, include any acquisitions, investment in people and infrastructure, or other elements that have enabled you to achieve your growth objectives.
• Business agility. How have you transformed your business and core offer to address an ever-changing market – think digital transformation, the subscription economy, cloud, mobile, and security solutions?
• Innovation. Provide examples of innovative approaches, working practices, new partnerships or the launch of new solutions/services that have enhanced the business.
• Excellence. Provide evidence of meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations (you can include a customer testimonial if desired).
