This award is not limited to a specific type of project. It could be a new MPS implementation, delivery of an IT service, a complete technology refresh, or digital transformation project that has delivered measurable benefits and transformed a customer’s workplace, customer experience or business process. Judges will be looking for evidence of innovation, first-class customer service and positive, evidence-backed project outcomes.

Projects are required to have been delivered in the twelve months preceding the closing date.

Entrants should provide:

1,000 word (maximum): Entries should be in the form of a case study that includes:

  • Customer overview. Company name (this will remain confidential and will not be published) business sector, no of employees, etc.
  • Scope of work. Describe the scope of work, customer’s key challenges, details of the solution provided, and the approaches adopted to make your recommendations.
  • Project implementation. What was the plan and timelines. Include details of delivery and deployment considerations, did the project run to plan? How did you overcome any obstacles and manage customer expectations?
  • Project outcomes/key benefits. Entries should include specific evidence-backed details around key project outcomes and tangible customer benefits. How did the solution provided align to the customer’s business challenges? Is it future-proof and flexible and will it support further improvement in the future? Include specifics around RoI, cost savings, time savings, productivity gains, reduced environmental impact etc.
  • Customer testimonials. Entries must include customer testimonials to be eligible.
