People are at the heart of every successful business. This award will recognise an individual who does much more than their defined responsibilities and who has performed above and beyond the call of duty, to significant effect.

It could be an individual who gives their all to every project, assumes extra duties without a fuss, smashes their sales targets, has revamped the way things get done to add value to the business, or is quite simply an outstanding team player.

Entries should include specific examples of the nominee’s contributions, and the breadth and impact of those contributions – whether it’s a strong commitment to teamwork, willingness to provide support and enable their colleagues’ success, dedication and tenacity to ensure projects are delivered on time or getting involved in community engagement or charitable initiatives to give something back.

Entries should be 1,000 words maximum and showcase how the individual goes above and beyond to positively impact the business or their colleague(s). Please include both the nominator and nominee’s full name and job title.
