This award will recognise a company that is genuinely embracing the circular economy and is committed to reducing waste by enabling the re-use, refurbishment, and/or recycling of products and materials.
Entries should be 800 words maximum (excluding the overview and summary).
Entrants should provide:
100 word (maximum): Overview of the company including when established, no of people, management structure, offer, location(s) and typical customer base.
800 word (maximum): Entries should demonstrate:
- How does the business/initiative support the circular economy? Please include details of the circular services/solutions you offer and showcase how the business or specific initiative (s) have enabled a circular flow of resources, saving waste going to landfill.
- How have you expanded your offering in the past twelve months? Please include details of any investment in people, infrastructure or technology to drive new business, meet increased demand or support customers’ changing needs.
- How has the business/initiative enhanced resource efficiency and reduced waste levels, include detailed information and/or data on any environmental and financial benefits achieved in the 12 months preceding the closing date.
- How does the business/initiative support customers’ CSR, sustainability or ESG initiatives?
- Details of success, business growth, take-up from customers.
150 word (maximum): Summary of why you believe you should win the Circular Business/Initiative of the Year Award.
Please provide supporting evidence, stats, figures and at least TWO customer testimonials to back up your claims.
