This award is open to all providers of OEM-alternative remanufactured, own brand or compatible ink and toner cartridges for the UK market. The solutions should be engineered to match OEM-original supplies and offer end-users a high quality, cost-effective alternative.

Entrants should provide:

150 word (maximum): Overview of the company including when established, no of people, management structure, location(s) and typical customer base.

450 word (maximum): Entry based around the following criteria:

• Breadth of product offering. Outline your full range of imaging supplies. How many SKUs do you offer, what OEM brands and across what areas - mono and colour, laser and inkjet?
• Quality. The judging panel will be looking for evidence of the quality, performance, reliability and consistency of the products supplied. They will also want details of your constantly evolving production techniques and outstanding quality control measures to ensure higher quality cartridges, as well as information of failure rate and the guarantees and warranties provided.
• Sustainability. How sustainable is your business? Both in terms of remanufactured and own brand ink and toner cartridges made of 100% brand new materials instead of being recycled from old ones. What steps have you taken as a business to reduce your environmental impact? How do you support your customers to print sustainably? Do you have a recycling collection scheme in place? What percentage of cartridges are recycled etc.?
• Channel support. Describe how you work with channel vendors and what support you provide to help them win bids and tenders.
