This category is open to companies that work with channel partners to provide consultative, specialist and integral services required to fulfil a particular requirement. Specialist offerings can include marketing, consultancy or recruitment services for example, or technology-based solutions and services such as field service management or contract billing solutions, installation, logistics, PDI or IT services, recycling/remanufacturing services etc.
The winner will be the company that can demonstrate a strong track record in service excellence, show how they help partners grow and build a profitable business, provide evidence of flexibility and quick turnarounds, offer a wide breadth of services and deliver first class resolution of any issues.

Entrants should provide:
150 word (maximum): Overview of the company including when established, no of people, management structure, offer, location(s) and typical customer base.
450 word (maximum): Entry based around the following criteria:
- Services offered. Describe the services/solutions you offer.
- Excellence. Provide evidence of going the extra mile to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations – please provide an example/customer testimonial.
- Professionalism. How does your business stand out from the crowd, what do you do that’s different to enable your partners to have complete confidence in you?
- Business agility. How have you expanded your offering to meet customers’ changing needs? Have you invested in people, infrastructure or technology to drive new business and achieve a competitive edge?
