This award is not limited to a specific type of project. It could be a new MPS implementation, delivery of an IT service, a complete technology refresh, or digital transformation project that has delivered measurable benefits and transformed a customer’s workplace, customer experience or business process. Judges will be looking for evidence of innovation, first-class customer service and positive, evidence-backed project outcomes.
Projects are required to have been delivered in the twelve months preceding the closing date.
