RESELLER / DEALER OF THE YEAR (TURNOVER IN EXCESS OF £5M)
This award is open to all dealerships with an annual turnover in excess of £5m. The winner will be a print and/or IT services dealership that has achieved strong business growth in the past 12 months preceding the closing date.
The judging panel will be looking for evidence of business agility in terms of diversification and expanding the products, services and solutions you offer; excellence in customer service; and for examples of how investment, innovation, training, new partnerships or marketing initiatives for example, are helping you to stand out from the crowd and deliver an extra value-add service to end-user customers.
Entrants should provide:

Overview of the company including when established, number of people, management structure, offer, location(s) and typical customer base.
Entry based around the following criteria:

- Business growth. Outline business strategy for growth – 3/5 year plan, demonstrate (and provide evidence of) successes in the past 12 months, include any acquisitions, investment in people and infrastructure, or other elements that have enabled you to achieve your growth objectives.
- Business agility. How have you transformed your business and core offer to address an ever-changing market – think digital transformation, the subscription economy, cloud, mobile, and security solutions?
- Innovation. Provide examples of innovative approaches, working practices, new partnerships or the launch of new solutions/services that have enhanced the business.
- Excellence. Provide evidence of meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations (you can include a customer testimonial if desired).
