E-TAILER OF THE YEAR
This award is open to all dealerships with an online presence. Entries are welcome from both long-established companies that have always conducted business online, as well as from traditional bricks and mortar resellers who responded to the events of the past year, building a new or expanding an existing e-commerce platform to continue to serve customers as well as win new business. The winner will be a reseller that has achieved strong business growth in the past 12 months preceding the closing date.
The judging panel will be looking for evidence of business agility; excellence in customer service; and for examples of how investment, innovation, training, new partnerships or marketing initiatives for example, are helping you to stand out from the crowd and deliver an extra value-add service.
Entrants should provide:
Overview (150 word maximum)
Overview of the company including when established, number of people, management structure, offer, location(s) and typical customer base.
Entry based around the following criteria:

- Business growth. Outline business strategy for growth – 3/5 year plan, demonstrate (and provide evidence of) successes within the past 12 months, include any investment in people, infrastructure or systems, or other elements that have enabled you to achieve your growth objectives.
- Business agility. How have you transformed your business and core offer to capture a greater share of customer spend? What steps have you taken to stand out from the crowded online marketplace?
- Innovation. Provide examples of innovative approaches, creating fresh ways to engage and communicate with potential customers, new partnerships or the launch of new solutions/services that have enhanced the business.
- Excellence. Provide evidence of meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations (you can include a customer testimonial if desired).
