MPS SOLUTION OF THE YEAR
This award will recognise a dealer that provides managed print services (hardware and software, supplies fulfilment, break/fix service) as well as additional solutions around document management, document workflow, and/or business document processes to end-user customers.
Judges will be looking for a submission that demonstrates a focus on innovation, delivering value-add, customer experience and first-class service.
Entrants should provide:
Overview (150 word maximum)
Overview of the company including when established, number of people, management structure, offer, location(s) and typical customer base.
Entries should be in the form of a customer case study that includes:
(750 word maximum)
- Brief customer overview, business sector, number of employees, etc.
- Business challenges
- Solution provided
- Key benefits including tangible facts and figures including but not limited to: cost savings, time savings, productivity gains, improved carbon footprint etc.
