SERVICE TEAM OF THE YEAR
This category is open to all service teams working in the industry - OEM, distribution, dealerships and IT resellers. The award recognises a team of service professionals that work in a particular geographic or business area, helping to ensure customers’ IT and printing infrastructures are delivered, installed and maintained to the highest standards.
The award will go to the team that can demonstrate exceptional work across the last year and how teamwork has led to consistent, high levels of customer care and service.
Entrants should provide:

Entry based around the following criteria:

- Performance. Why was your team’s work exemplary this year? How do you work together as a team, how do you measure your team’s output and what makes your team outstanding?
- Measurable results. Describe how a focus on performance and team development has delivered tangible results and provide examples of how your team delivers over and above that which is expected (both internally and externally).
- Customer satisfaction. How did your service team work this year to build on and improve customer service – think remote assistance, pre-emptive service, improved first-time fix rates or faster time to arrive onsite.
- Excellence. How important is the delivery of first class service and meeting customers’ SLAs to your business? Provide some real life examples of how your service team has contributed to consistent, high levels of customer care and service, to enhance your business’ reputation and performance.
