ACCOUNT MANAGER OF THE YEAR
Do you work with someone who has made a significant, positive impact on your business? This award will recognise an account manager who has built a great rapport with their customers; knows what products, services and support your business needs; and whose continuous commitment has been instrumental in advancing relationships and results.
Entries can be submitted by dealerships nominating individuals from their hardware, software or distribution partners who have demonstrated excellence in their profession during the past 12 months, or from suppliers wishing to recognise either their employees’ or their colleagues’ efforts.
ENTRIES SHOULD INCLUDE
Overview: The name, organisation, job title and contact details for both nominee and nominator.
Entry based around the following criteria 450 word (max)
- Measurable success: describe how the individual has contributed to your business’ strategic objectives and delivered quantifiable benefits to your organisation.
- Professionalism: does the individual have a depth and breadth of customer understanding, possess first-class relationship-building, negotiation and troubleshooting skills?
- Excellence: provide examples of how the individual has met or exceeded your business’ requirements and expectations.
- Innovation: has the individual introduced new strategies and initiatives to boost sales and/or reputation in the past 12 months? These can include sales and marketing strategies, event support or training.
